Orders and Delivery

If we haven't dispatched your order we may be able to change the delivery address or cancel the order order altogether. Please call our Customer Services team for advice on 01223 855157 for advice between 9am and 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.

We aim to ship orders within 1 working day. Costs and estimated delivery times are:

UK 1 - 2 working days £4.40
Europe 4 - 5 working days £13.60
Worldwide from 5 - 7 working days £17.50

We send SeeSpeak out using the UK Royal Mail 'Signed For' service. Someone will need to sign for the parcel on delivery. If no one is in when a delivery is attempted, a card will be put through your door. This will tell you how to arrange a redelivery or pick up the parcel from your local delivery office.

For international deliveries, the local mail service will be responsible for transporting the package within the destination country.

When we dispatch your order we will email you let you know. The email will contain a tracking number. You can find out the status of the delivery at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your SeeSpeak. If for any reason you wish to change you mind within the first 30 days, return it to us we will be happy to issue you a full refund (including your original postage).

To qualify for a return, the SeeSpeak must be returned

  • in perfect condition
  • in the original box
  • with all the original contents of the box: manuals, lead, charger and stand.

  2. We will send you a confirmation email
  3. Send the SeeSpeak in its original box with all the original accessories (lead, charger, manuals, stand) to: Returns, SeeSpeak Ltd, IdeaSpace, 3 Charles Babbage Road, Cambridge, CB3 0GT
  4. Mark your PayPal user name and the Transaction ID on the outside of the parcel.
  5. See the "Return Postage" section for details on return postage.

We ask you to pay for return shipping, but you may use Paypal's Returns on Us service to get a refund for the shipping cost.

We will return the refunded money to the same place from where you made the original payment (Paypal account, credit card etc). It usually takes us 2 - 3 days from receiving the return to process the payment.
